Waylon Huber

Born and raised in Perryville, Waylon Huber is proud to call Perry County home. Growing up in the community has given him a genuine appreciation for the people, businesses, and communities that make Southeast Missouri such a great place to live.

A recent Perryville High School graduate, Waylon is continuing his education through online college while building his career in real estate. His background includes working with his family’s mowing business, serving at the local park center, and taking on a variety of leadership and marketing roles with Midwest Legacy Soccer Club, where he works as a trainer and marketing director. His experience in sports has also shaped his approach to teamwork, leadership, and hard work.

Waylon was drawn to real estate because it brings together many of the things he is passionate about, including business, marketing, investing, relationships, and helping people. While he may be new to the industry, he brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing things the right way. With the experience and support of Ritter Real Estate behind him, Waylon is focused on providing responsive communication, modern marketing, and a client experience built around their goals.
