Melonie Payne

Originally from Barnhart, Missouri, Melonie has proudly called Dexter home for many years. Her strong connection to the community, paired with her appreciation for small-town living, has shaped a real estate career focused on helping people confidently move from one chapter to the next.

Melonie is married to her husband, Joe, and together they have two children and one grandchild. Their family also includes their beloved dog, Buddy. Outside of real estate, Melonie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with the people she loves.

Melonie began her real estate career in 2004 and quickly discovered a passion for helping others experience the joy of finding a new home. In 2012, she became a co-owner of Smith-Payne Realty alongside Connie Smith, where they grew the business and continued serving the Dexter community with dedication and care.
