Kelly Brown

About Me

Kelly is originally from Jackson and moved to Perryville in 2010. She loves the sense of community and familiarity that comes with a small town and feels like Perryville and Jackson both thrive in a supportive community environment.

Kelly is married and has a senior in High School! They are very proud that when he graduates he will be going to State Tech to gain his Heavy Diesel Mechanic certification. She loves her family, they are the fuel to her fire, she also has an 11 year old niece who is her favorite 😉 They have two – four legged children, Biscuit(a great Pyrenees mix) and Marly(a border collie/beagle mix). Biscuit is 11 and Marly is going to be 4 in July! Kelly and her family absolutely love to watch any and all football from the NFL to pee wee league and everything in between. They love to golf, take Jeep rides, and any kind of outdoor activity is their favorite. Aside from those hobbies, Kelly loves to read, visit the ocean or travel in general, and of course sell some houses;)

Kelly graduated from Jackson High School in 2004 and after trying out college she realized it wasn’t for her. She moved back home and started working at The Bank of Missouri in Cape as a drive-thru teller and worked there for 7 years in the Cape, Jackson and Perryville offices, as a teller and a new account representative. She helped plan the Investor Club trips- got to travel with all her “folks” for about 2 years and that was amazing. She went to Hawaii and all sorts of fun places with that group. Finally in 2014 she made the decision to get her real estate license, took the leap and quit her full time job, and said “I am doing this!”

She loves to continue her education/learn all she can in her field for her clients. When you are passionate about something it doesn’t feel like work, and that is how she views real estate. She can guide a homebuyer or seller through the entire process (even when transactions get complex) and help them achieve their goals efficiently. She is very reliable and will answer her phone/text for her clients and be there to show them homes when we schedule appointments. She loves to stay involved in her community and she feels the more people she knows the more she can help her clients achieve their goals. Kelly tries to think ahead of potential problems or hurdles so everything runs smoothly. Honesty/Integrity/Ethical qualities are all things she holds to the highest standard for herself.
