Katelyn Ivie

Katelyn was born and raised in Cape Girardeau. She loves that Cape has so much to offer – from beautiful parks, great schools, an awesome library, to great dining and music events. She’s very proud to call it home.

Katelyn graduated from Cape Central High School and attended the Southeast Hospital College of Nursing. She also has a nursing home administrator license and has worked for the last 20 years in hospitality and healthcare. She loves the customer service aspect and looks forward to utilizing it in the real estate industry.

Her husband, Teddy Ivie, is also a realtor. They got their licenses on the same day! Together they have four amazing kids – Blake, Max, Hazel, and Olive. They definitely keep them busy! They also have a dog, Meatball, and a cat, Ginger.

As a mom, wife, educator, manager, and problem solver – Her experience has taught her to anticipate what others will need and find the solution. She loves working hard and knows that she can help her clients achieve their goals!
