Originally from Dexter, Connie has spent her life deeply rooted in the community she is proud to call home. Her long-standing connection to the area and the people who live there gives her a unique understanding of what makes Dexter such a special place.

Connie spent twenty years building her career in retail management before stepping into real estate in 2012 as a co-owner of Smith-Payne Realty alongside Melonie Payne. Together, they have grown and expanded the business with dedication and a commitment to serving the community, and look forward to continuing their dedication now backed by the resources of Team Purple. Real estate has always been a natural fit for Connie. She and her late husband owned several properties in Dexter, mostly commercial, which gave her firsthand experience and insight into the local market.
